1. Ad Duration – All marketing/ad packages will run from 0 months up to 12 months maximum or until sold, agent listed, MLS listed, off market, title transfer, re-finance, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to extend the marketing duration, continue color ads and/or services. Upon in escrow we will continue all marketing, the advertised asking price will be adjusted to within 1% of the accepted offer price.

2. Refunds – Absolutely NO REFUNDS or credits, partial or otherwise. ALL SALES FINAL even if any of #1 above occurs prior to all marketing components being received by Customer or other than our direct efforts. No Refunds for any partially used or un-used package items, or any said items returned as used or un-used. No Refunds for any pre-payment made

3. Cancel – Customer may cancel 'ad only' at any time, in writing and return all marketing materials and products. No Refund policy applies.
Cancel then re-enter – A 50% fee of the original fee will be charged to re-enter within 12 months of the original start date and will re-start #1 above.
Cancel the broker 1% program. Termination affidavit required plus $295 admin fee due & payable upon cancellation. Additional fees and/or full payment may apply if any of the included Broker services are utilized. Customer may not cancel simply to avoid full payment of the agreed upon marketing fee herein, even if Customer has their own buyer or a buyer/agent or anyone to provide/write a sales contract, 90 day protection period applies.
