How to start your photo marketing — It's Very Easy.
1. Call us

Choose your marketing. Most sellers choose
either
a 1/2 page color of 1/4 page color, most sellers also reserve the broker (because they pay
only 1% total & the contracts and all other transaction
details are handled by our
broker). Want to keep the marketing costs to an
absolute minimum? Choose the 1/4 page ad only (you handle the contract &
closing), it's the way to go. Just remember,
the bigger the ad size, the more it
says to a buyer before they call you (and the less you have to say).
2. Fill out your seller information and property description – On a sheet of paper,
write your property description with price and ad
phone number, include your name,
mailing address and phone numbers, property subdivision, TMK and street address of
the property for sale. Hint: you can get good ideas from our web site or magazine and
not your local
agent classifieds. Sorry, we do
not accept ad descriptions with fluff, hype or "potential use" phrases nor stories, such as –could be used as...,
potential for...,
positive cash flow..., great investment..., cash cow...,
investors dream..., the best..., the only one..., the most desirable..., best
location..., development potential..., developers
