Also available, new construction developments. We have access to buildable land, with the investor money in place, we'll put together a new home and land package. We will market said package and procure the buyer. Once the home is completed, the buyer can continue to make monthly payments to the investor or we will cash out the investor via the buyer re-financing with a conventional loan.
